By calling the published phone number of a business that uses Recoverly LLC's service, you consent to receive one or more automated text messages back from that business, sent in response to your call if it goes unanswered. These messages may ask about your service request, offer available appointment times, and confirm a scheduled appointment.
What triggers a text message
You will only receive a text through this system if you call a business phone number that uses Recoverly, and that call is not answered live. The text is sent automatically, in direct response to your specific call — not as part of a marketing list, and not because you signed up anywhere in advance.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by conversation. A typical exchange includes an initial response, a small number of qualifying questions, and an appointment confirmation — generally a handful of messages total, not an ongoing subscription.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT at any time to stop receiving messages, or simply reply asking to stop being contacted in your own words — our system recognizes plain-language opt-out requests too, consistent with current FCC rules. Reply HELP for assistance. Reply START to resume messages after opting out.
We do not sell your number
Phone numbers collected through this service are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our full Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to purchase services from a Recoverly customer business. If you'd prefer not to receive a text after a missed call, you can simply call back directly or reply STOP to any message you do receive.
